I had an average experience with Clay Music. The website was easy to navigate and the information about their services was clear. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and I didn't feel like they were very attentive to my needs. Overall, I would say that Clay Music is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
