As a CUSTOMER, I have had a mixed experience with K D Scott INC. There are some aspects of their service that are average at best, but there are also some areas where they excel. The customer support team is always responsive and helpful, which is a great asset. However, their pricing structure can be confusing and at times seems a bit excessive.
