WorkForge is an average company. I have been working here for a couple of years now, and while it's not the worst place to work, it's also not the best. The work environment can be quite stressful at times, and the management could definitely use some improvement. However, the team is great and there are some opportunities for growth and development. Overall, I would say it's just an average company.
