Vaughan is amazing. As first home buyers unsure if we were even eligible for a loan and after meeting with a couple of mortgage brokers who just made us more confused we were about to give up, when we were recommended Vaughan. Vaughan walked us through our options, presented us with lots of different options for a minimal deposit loan and got us pre approval very quickly. When it took us lots of time to find our house, Vaughan touched base a couple of times which was appreciated. When we finally found our home, it was much easier having acclaimed home loans dealing with the bank rather then ourselves, relieving us of a lot of stress. Vaughan was also available to be contacted at any time which was great. We could not be more thankful to Vaughan, without him we would not have been in our own home for christmas. Definitely a 5 star service!
