Worst place I have ever stayed in London.

Worst place I have ever stayed in London.
-First tv wasn t working with my phone
-tried showering in the morning floor heating and the shower wasn t working
-handed over my laundry to hotel they lost my cloths thank god found them after a day later
Guest service never gets back to you with answers over all very unpleasant experience and DO NOT recommend staying here.
