I recently had the opportunity to try out some sports activities with Adaptive Sports Connection, and it was a fantastic experience. The instructors were patient and supportive, and I felt comfortable stepping out of my comfort zone. I appreciate how they focus on individual growth rather than competition. Highly recommend!
