After an hour of the front desk people making up excuses (literally making them up. Like, "he's too old" when no one ever came to determine his age!)why they couldn't see our dog, we were finally allowed to see a vet tech who took a look at him and told us what was up. She was professional, but everything else customer service wise, was lacking.
