I had an average experience with Pakistan International Airlines Corp. The website piac.com.pk was easy to navigate, but the overall service was not up to the mark. The staff were friendly, but the flight was delayed and there was a lack of communication regarding the delay. The seats were comfortable, but the food options were limited. I hope they improve their services in the future.
