I can't express how much I love Itf taekwondo! The instructors are amazing and create such a positive and motivating atmosphere. The classes are challenging, but the instructors make sure everyone feels supported and encouraged. The training here has helped me grow both physically and mentally. Itf taekwondo is the best place to learn and practice taekwondo!
