Mailwizz has been an average email marketing platform for me. Although it provides the essential features required for managing email campaigns, I feel like there are some areas for improvement. The interface could be more intuitive, and the reporting could offer more detailed insights. However, the customer support team has been responsive in addressing my concerns and providing assistance when needed. While it's not the best, it still gets the job done.
