As a customer of the Institute of Electromechanical Design, I must say that the experience has been average. The website emk.tu-darmstadt.de provides all the necessary information about the company, but it lacks an intuitive user interface. The rate of response from the company's staff is also average. Overall, I would say the Institute of Electromechanical Design is satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
