I've been using Capital Area Transit for quite some time now, and overall, I am satisfied with the service. The buses are usually punctual, and the drivers are courteous. The fares are reasonable, and the routes cover many areas. The only downside is that during rush hour, some routes can get overcrowded. Overall, CAT is a reliable transportation option in the city.
