The customer service at Doubletree by Hilton Grand Rapids Airport was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the airport and nearby attractions. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!
