VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE LACK OF TRANSPARENCY, INTEGRITY ,PROFESSIONALISM AND HONESTY. The mission statement could not be further from the truth !! There is no moral support to the family, you must be with your love ones from 8-8 to ensure they are cared for properly. RML is working hard to cover up their deficit vs trying to communicate with the families to correct their wrongs . They refuse to find a solution to the problem instead they turn a deaf ear and look for an administrative loop hole to escape through, however this is not acceptable and will not be ignored by those of us who know better. As a mother, healthcare professional and spiritual person blessed to have a loving family, strong spiritual community and ombudsman fighting for my sons rights . We will make sure no other patients or family member experience what we or others have been exposed to again. Excuses Don t Excuse You They Expose You .
