🌟✏️ I recently had the opportunity to work with this graphic design company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a sleek design, which initially caught my attention. However, the customer service could have been better. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow and I felt like a number rather than a valued customer. On the positive side, the quality of their graphic designs was decent. They were able to capture my vision to a certain extent, but it lacked the wow factor I was hoping for. The pricing was fair for the service provided, but it would have been nice to have more transparent pricing options on their website. In conclusion, while they did an okay job, there are definitely areas where they could improve to provide a more exceptional experience. 🤔💭💼
