Grand hotel...luxury hotel,HA what a joke!! There is nothing grand or luxurious about this hotel. Carpets stained, non-working A/C units in rooms, shower falling apart, bad coffee, an unappetizing breakfast buffet, billing issues and cleaning staff not in uniforms. I thought they were hotel quest until I seen them pushing the carts. Hell I ve seen motel 6 cleaning ladies in uniforms. I lived in Brno in 2013 and always wanted to stay here so, when the wife and I did a trip back in lAugust 2017 to visit the city we love so much I jumped at the chance to book a room here. Boy was I disappointed with the outcome. The A/C unit made this horrible clicking sound that was loud enough to stop you from sleeping when it came on. It took two days for them to send someone up to say Yeah it s broke after I told them that already. I was so pissed with the outcome from the service that I demanded my money back and told them I d find a different hotel in Brno for the rest of our trip. Then and only then did they act concerned and offer us a different room.

I ve lived in Europe and I know they don t hold customer service to highest of standards which I understand and do like for the most part. However, when you do understand what I m saying and ignore me then we have an issue. I can t deal with stupidity and imbeciles.

Not worth the money so, trust me stay somewhere else.

I think we as Americans get baby d in the U.S. way to much...and the customer is not also right. But we expect the customer service industry to bend over backwards for us...even when we are clearly wrong.
But in this case, we had legitimate arguments
