Polyteck have been carrying out large scale construction works next to our building for over a year. Contrary to local authority guidance we have never been informed of what is happening or when it will end. Different residents have been given conflicting completion dates differing by as much as a year.

We have had to call the police out repeatedly because of children playing on the construction site which is left unmonitored and unsecured outside of work hours. Local authority regulations on construction noise have been routinely flouted even after local authority warnings were issued. Polyteck's contractors shout to each other across the building site throughout the day in non English languages.

Overall we have formed a poor impression of Polyteck and this is not a contractor I would recommend if you are concerned about your public relations.
