I recently had the opportunity to do business with Picpac b.v. and overall I would say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. However, I was slightly disappointed with the delivery time as it took longer than expected to receive my order. The product itself was of good quality though, so that was a plus. In the future, I hope to see improvements in their shipping process.
