I'm impressed with The Skinny Pancake's pancake offerings. The menu has something for everyone, including gluten-free and vegan options. The pancakes are light, fluffy, and full of flavor. The staff was helpful and attentive throughout my visit. I will definitely be returning to try more of their delicious creations!
