I'm an aquarium scientist, this place was great. They had lots of interactive exhibits, a few touch tanks, complete environmental ecosystems to learn from start to finish. Also one of the more affordable aquariums I've been to. It was inundated by children on school trips behaving ok but loud. The staff was always willing to engage. The exhibits maintained a family/child friendly atmosphere with practical information trying to not be too scientific at times to overwhelm the patrons. Sometimes I was wishing for more information but ONLY because I'm a professional.
