The customer service at this company is top-notch. I appreciate the attention to detail and the personalized approach when addressing my needs. However, I found the product selection to be somewhat limited, and the pricing was a bit higher than expected. On the positive side, the quality of the items I purchased was excellent, and they have a good return policy. The overall experience was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of variety and affordability. Hopefully, they will expand their offerings in the future. 😉
