The service was very quick and smooth however the women at the customer service was very hostile towards me. grumpy, angry and started speaking in another language to her colleague when I got the code wrong. I understand she may have a long day and been working at JJ for a couple of years,
It's a very stressful time at the moment but a little bit of respect would be nice.
