I recently interacted with an investment bank and had both positive and negative experiences. I found the rates offered by the bank to be quite attractive, which made me consider investing with them. However, I was disappointed by the lack of personalized services provided. The customer support was average, and I didn't feel like a valued client. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciate the bank's efforts to simplify their online banking platform, which was convenient to use. Overall, I would rate my experience as above average.
