I recently purchased a pool maintenance kit from this company's website, and overall I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of products available. However, the shipping process was slower than expected, with my order arriving almost a week later than the estimated delivery date. Additionally, when I reached out to customer service to inquire about the delay, it took a few tries to get a response. On a positive note, the quality of the product I received was satisfactory, and it has been working well so far. While my experience wasn't exceptional, it wasn't terrible either. I would consider shopping from this company again, but perhaps with lower expectations regarding shipping and customer service.
