I recently signed up for their program and was excited to start earning rewards for my fitness activities. However, the user interface on the website was a bit outdated and not very user-friendly. I had trouble navigating through the different features and understanding how to redeem my rewards. 😕 Additionally, the selection of rewards was somewhat limited and not very enticing. On the bright side, the customer service was responsive and helpful when I encountered some issues with my account. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of website usability and the variety of rewards offered.
