The customer service was consistent with each interaction. The information shared from each person I dealt with was also consistent. Hand-offs in each step of the purchase process of my new vehicle was seamless. It's clear that this team communicates effectively with one another.

The sales representative, Willie Brown demonstrated exceptional product knowledge. There was no detail about the vehicle that he didn't know. He made the process very easy. We felt very comfortable working with him. We trusted his judgement, and never felt we were being pushed into a decison, unlike some other dealer I visited.
