I had an average experience with Troy People Concerned, Inc. While they did provide some assistance, there were areas where they could have improved. The staff members were friendly, but there was a lack of efficiency and effectiveness in the overall organization. While it wasn't a terrible experience, there is definitely room for growth and improvement.
