OTC sent a verification letter that never reached ...

OTC sent a verification letter that never reached me, so on March 1st, I mailed copies of my W-2 in. Never heard anything back on it. I emailed AND called to check on the status and was told by EVERY person I spoke to that they didn't have my W-2 yet.

So yesterday, the 13th, I drove over to the building and walked a copy in to them, only to be told that they already had it... that they had in fact received my W-2 on March 5th.

That is nothing but complete incompetence. Apparently you just don't have to be that smart to work for OTC.
