Every time I call or receive a call from them from...

Every time I call or receive a call from them from an unlisted number by the way, they want either more money or more paperwork. I've sent so many financial documents to them, they should have my whole credit history for the last year now! I'm only trying to do better and pay off my debt but they make it impossible!
