Poor communication with billing. After canceling my account and making sure everything was current I receive a bill from them almost two years later saying I owe them more money, which is simply not the case. All of this adds to the main reason I left. Poor daycare facilities for my children and the cost being way too high compared to other gyms in the area. I do not recommend this facility!
