They approached me regarding a prospective management position, and scheduled a phone screening with their VP, Scott, who abruptly, arrogantly, dismissively and rudely cut off the call on the third sentence, followed by his subordinate getting on the line to tell me that Scott, without explanation, ended the phone conversation they scheduled because Executive Alliance just now discovered that the position did not include relocation. Aside from being plainly inconsiderate and disrespectful, this interaction reflects a total lack of professionalism. Candidates beware! This group will treat you like a lowly commodity not worthy of any human respect. These head hunters would rate negative stars if that was possible.
