I have bad experience with the surgical department...

I have bad experience with the surgical department.Unprofessional way, I wait more than 3 baskets for surgery until my situation goes really bad and then Dr Finaly tells me I have to go to Maastricht, it is his fault my situation is going really bad, she are not fair.
