I was very disappointed on my last visit to this store. I had bought a Brightline flight bag and it had a defect. I was told straight up that Banyan would not cover any returns nor support / coordinate the return. I was given a kick in the but and was told that I should contact the manufacturer and resolve my case. Nice going guys...
