Good day,

I would rate my recent stay poor and express my dissatisfaction regarding the poor service of housekeeping department i personally experienced. I was travelling with my family and friends and was expecting high standard of your hotel. Prior to my arrival, i sent an email for special request on all the rooms i booked which i did not receive when i checked in. There were missing amenities as per company standard set up for the rooms since day 1 to day 4 such as missing sanitary bags, paper bag, coffee cups and the extra bathroom amenities i requested. The robe has a torn on the left side which i brought to their attention before i left for my tour. When i came back in the evening, it was still hanging inside the shower room and was never replaced, on day 2 i wanted to use the bathtub but the stopper was not functioning. Since day1-3 the alarm clock of both rooms was not functioning I reported this matter to the Guest Service thru phone but i did not like the approach how they handled my complaint and didn't do anything. Right after that incident i got a chance to talk to Vivian Soh (Duty Manager) who handled my complain in a professional manner. As a gesture of goodwill, she offered a complimentary breakfast for us and told me she will investigate this matter and email me. Some of my friends and colleagues stayed here already told me about same issues i had experienced from the housekeeping . Hoping you will take appropriate action on my concern. By the way, i stayed from July 24-28,2018 with Room # 1901, 1902.
