Studio 3 - saude pilates is absolutely amazing! I can't express enough how much I love the classes. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The exercises are challenging but they always make sure to provide modifications for all fitness levels. I leave each class feeling energized and accomplished. I couldn't ask for a better place to practice pilates!
