Not only is Hubbardton Forge one of the better lighting companies here in the USA they also have amazing customer service. We are a distributor and one of our contractors needed proof of delivery for a fixture that was delivered over 6 months ago. It was incredibly hard to get any information from UPS, even through my own UPS rep. Karinda from Hubbardton was amazing at getting the right people involved and following up with me promptly with the proof of delivery that I needed to give to my contractor that desperately needed it. After spending hours on hold with UPS, Karinda was able to get this done for me within a day of me talking to her. Excellent customer service with a great attitude!
