I recently started working with Ignek infotech and so far my experience has been average. The team is knowledgeable and professional, but I feel that they could improve on their communication. There have been a few instances where I had to reach out for updates instead of being kept informed proactively. Overall, the quality of the work is good and I hope that they can address the communication issue to provide a great experience.
