Recently, I had the chance to try out Strata insurance group for my insurance needs. Overall, it was an average experience. The policy options were decent, and the premiums were competitive. However, there were a few areas where I think they could improve. The customer service could have been more responsive, and the claims process was a bit slow. Nevertheless, it was a fairly satisfactory experience with room for enhancement.
