Walking back into my office and noticing the ever-growing pile of paperwork accumulating there I realised that I needed to head out for a quick lunch. I walked up the road and noticed Stock on Albion Street. This place was just what I needed - the food looked fresh and of a wide variety, also perhaps just as enticing was the coffee that was flowing. With too much choice for my brian, I settled on the homuli and zucchini cakes and a skinny cap. The food and coffee were good. Not too heavy, well balanced flavours and perhaps most importantly the coffee wasn t lukewarm. The inside of stock was clean, inviting and peaceful and I would recommend it to anyone in the area who wants to escape for a while and enjoy filling and healthy food. The food was reasonably priced for something more than your standard fried food fare. They do both eat in and takeaway which is helpful as well.
