What a nightmare to deal with! I was trying to start service by phone. The automated system does not function well and doesn't understand your responses, whether spoken or typed in. I spent over 40 minutes trying to communicate with them. Everyone I spoke to - I think it was 4 people - were extremely helpful, gracious, and professional. The website and the telephone prompts just do not work well, and therein lies the rub. At least I was able to get water service in my name thanks to the 4 people I spoke with. They all did their best.
