It's really difficult to give a good rating at this point. I bought my car in March (2013 Honda Accord) my first newest car bought. I was so excited and upon delivery of the vehicle I was told there was no one to help me go over my vehicle with me. I had to figure everything out on my own, from Bluetooth to all the buttons. I immediately called my finance guy and left him a message because he had already left, I noticed a battery light blinking. Never did I receive a call back, I never even received a thank you call from my salesman. I finally called service and set an appt, brought my vehicle in and it was the battery in the key fob. Maybe if my salesman would have called me we could have figured this out and had it taken care of at home let alone my vehicle shouldn't have been delivered to me without something so simple being checked. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and I receive an email from a Service Advisor welcoming me to AutoNation. I told her of my disappointment and she offered to have my vehicle brought in for a free detail (still new and pretty much spotless, but okay). I was brought by they Honda driver to Enterprise to get a vehicle, there is approximately 15 people in line and one employee working who has advised us there are no vehicles to rent out. What am I supposed to do? Did I forget to mention my temp tags expired 4/29. During all of this I got ahold of the finance guy because the title lady Mary wasn't helpful. He told me they never received my title from Honda. That's not my problem, get me my plates!

Overall I'm disappointed with AutoNation and Enterprise. Why is AutoNation working with only one Enterprise location which is within a car wash and has no vehicles. I will be notifying corporate offices for both. Don't think I will ever be buying another vehicle from AutoNation.

Side note: I worked in the auto industry in service and sales for over 7 years within a few different dealerships and I don't think we ever put our customers through this.

To date, I've still not received a call from my salesman to ask me how my car is or thank me for my purchase. I extremely disheartened and would not recommend anyone to buy a car here. Danielle in service has been nice and I appreciate her trying to remedy an issue that was no fault of her own.
