Music between numbers was odd. In addition a ton of solos blended between large groups which I ve never seen in the 10 years we ve been a part of dance competitions. Overall poor experience. Other thing that was terrible was to have a no video policy (which wasn t unusual) but then I witnessed a judge or someone on the Beyond the Stars crew videotape a dancer on her phone. Two numbers later she was scolding someone for videoing on their phone.
