During the time I've had an extended warranty with AGWS, almost 6 years, covered repairs have always been accomplished without undue delay, whether at a repair shop or mobile. I've only spoken to a representative a couple of times - to insure coverage or to verify a claim. Each time the representative was polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
