I recently started taking my child to a yoga class and found Yokid... stretch your limits through a friend's recommendation. I have to say, I'm really impressed with their approach. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and they create a welcoming atmosphere in the class. My child is enjoying the sessions and learning a lot. The best part is that they focus on teaching yoga in a way that is fun and engaging for kids. I would definitely recommend Yokid... stretch your limits to other parents.
