As a CUSTOMER, I have to say that Qxr, Inc. is an absolutely average company. Nothing exceptional but nothing terrible either. Their website is decent and their service is satisfactory. I have been using their services for a few months now and haven't encountered any major issues so far. Overall, I would rate them as average.
