I have used Thames Travel for about the last 10 years - for flights, airport transfers, hire cars, hotel and apartment bookings - in many different countries. I have never had anything go wrong, and their advice and recommendations have always been excellent. We have had better holidays and travel experiences than we would have had by just using the internet ourselves, because of their wide knowledge and expertise. They are extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. I should say that I have done all bookings with them by email or telephone. I have never actually been into their offices, so you don't have to live near Twickenham to use them. I thoroughly recommend Thames Travel.
