For some people, the experience of buying a wuling car is good and fun because the sales are good, but there are some like me that happen to get sales in PHP. I bought almaz wuling in serpong 2 weeks ago and I was served by a salesman named Handri there, at first the showroom before buying Handri promised that the car would be ready and sent 3-5 days from the date of purchase turned out to be up to 10 days and I wasn't too concerned. But here, what I'm sorry about is Handri promising me that the 5-seat Almaz will get a different tire with 7 seats. The 5-seat tire is not GT Radial / Savero but Continental and it turns out that when the car comes to the tire dealer it is different from what was promised with the savero tire. Then after that Handri forced me to change the tire that had been promised and he went to the garage to exchange the car tire for what was promised, continental. I said no need to do nothing, just look at the difference, then return it to me, and after that he returned, but not the difference, instead transferred the money to 5 million and I didn't understand why the amount was huge. I was afraid that the bad sales could be seeped into the PT or boss. instead of changing money because consumers are disappointed so I transfer money back. after a long debate and forced to change the tire, finally after I was angry he wanted the number of the account and I had transferred all 5 million back to Handri. Then it was not until there at the beginning that Handri promised me that I could choose the plate freely so I chose to request 4 numbers and letters and then after the problem of sending the car and tire was finished, PHP was still a problem. Handri said that he didn't know if he could not request 4 numbers and letters, he could have 3 numbers and letters I am confused here, this is a sales team that has been working there for a long time, what is wrong with Handri, who is not careful enough to work or the fault of PT Wuling who is not always up to date to the branches and sales, so many of them do not know about changes in PT regarding tires and so on. PT Wuling must be concerned with sales problems because they are pawns who sell PT goods. Don't let any information be missed by them because it can harm customers who buy, please make sure that this event does not happen with other buyers and help PT Wuling increase the credibility of work for their sales marketing.
