I first became introduced to RRI by way of a conference during my first year of real estate which was 16 years ago. Mid way through the conference, I just knew that this coaching program was perfect for me. I was not a natural born sales person, and I didn't even know that I was running a business! I learned to run and track my business; script until I sounded like a veteran; hire an administrator and a buyer agent so I could be home with my kids! They really love developing people! Today I operate a large team and this wouldn't have been possible without their support and guidance. Rich, Sue and the entire RRI organization are the real deal!
