I've been a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay for a few months now and I am impressed with the dedication and passion of the staff. The organization truly cares about the well-being and development of the youth they serve. The training and support provided to mentors is top-notch. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this organization and make a positive impact on a young person's life.
