I had high expectations when I visited the website...

I had high expectations when I visited the website of this company but unfortunately, they were not met. The customer support was lackluster and slow in responding to my queries. The website was also not very user-friendly and it took me quite some time to find the information I needed. Overall, my experience with Bigevo was average at best.
